gr999 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gr999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the gr999 platform operated at gr999.io and the company responsible for its operation.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses or uses the gr999 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on gr999.io.
• "Platform" refers to the gr999 website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at gr999.io.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player and held in the player account, net of any withdrawals and losses.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited by gr999 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone used for all time references on gr999.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the gr999 registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• Have read and accept the gr999 Privacy Policy;
• Have read and accept the gr999 Responsible Gaming policy;
• Are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• Are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for recreational purposes only.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Platform. gr999 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an account on gr999. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. gr999 employs age verification procedures and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled and any funds deposited by an underage player will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one gr999 account. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gr999 may merge, close or suspend duplicate accounts and may withhold associated funds pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are required to keep this information current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). gr999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering and underage access. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to gr999's satisfaction.

3.5 Residency. gr999 targets players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. gr999 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its intended market.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your gr999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gr999 will never request your password by email, SMS, telephone or live chat. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gr999 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. gr999 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution. gr999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. gr999 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for account login. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their accounts. gr999 cannot be held responsible for account security breaches on accounts where 2FA was available but not activated by the player.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

5.1 Currency. All transactions on gr999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Taka. gr999 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however gr999 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large or unusual transactions.

5.3 Payment Methods. gr999 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay (UCB), and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at gr999's discretion.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the player account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in the account balance depending on the sending bank.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been submitted or reviewed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5.6 Withdrawal Conditions. gr999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Where bonus funds are present in the account, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before real-money withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the player's own name.

5.7 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made only from payment instruments registered in the player's own name. gr999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds received from third-party sources may be returned and the account may be suspended.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General. gr999 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires total bets of ৳20,000 before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain game types (as specified in each promotion) may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless specified otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Abuse. gr999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or recalculate any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has abused the bonus system, participated in bonus abuse in coordination with other players, or where bets have been placed in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely with gr999.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. gr999 may modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of modification retain rights only to the extent that the specific promotion terms so provide.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on gr999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event and market as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. In the event of a dispute, gr999's records of bet placement, odds and market status are considered definitive unless a clear system error is demonstrated.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and game type on gr999. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be adjusted by gr999 at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7.3 Void Bets. gr999 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match or event cancellation, incomplete events where the outcome cannot be determined, system errors, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are returned to the player's real-money balance.

7.4 Casino and Live Casino Games. All casino slot games on gr999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' own game rules in addition to these Terms. The outcome of any game is determined by the game software and/or the actions of a live dealer, and gr999 accepts no liability for outcomes in games provided by third-party studios.

7.5 Disconnection Policy. In the event that a player's internet connection is interrupted during a game or live bet, gr999 is not responsible for any resulting inconvenience or loss. Casino game results are determined server-side and are recorded regardless of the player's connection status. Unresolved bets affected by connection issues will be settled in accordance with the final recorded game outcome.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gr999 and will result in account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or odds;
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt activity in relation to sporting events;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using gr999 for money laundering purposes;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals other than through the gr999 disputes process;
• Abusing the gr999 bonus or promotion system;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward gr999 staff.

gr999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable cause to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred. The determination of whether conduct is prohibited rests solely with gr999.

9. Responsible Gaming

gr999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players aged 21 and above. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written permission of gr999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from system downtime, service interruptions, third-party actions, or events beyond gr999's reasonable control.

gr999's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gr999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or that it will meet your individual requirements. gr999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

gr999 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on gr999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gr999 does not sell player data to third parties. Personal data is used solely for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and the improvement of the Platform's services.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gr999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gr999 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, gr999 encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance so that the matter can be resolved informally and promptly.

gr999 operates a formal complaints procedure.
